1. Shelf Life
Tire non-food, not to the production date to judge the quality of goods, recommended to use life to 3 years or travel more than 50.000 km.
Changes in the properties of tire components occur mainly during the us phase rahter than the storage phase. Therefore, the normal stored tire production dates does not affect product quality.
There is no difference between the performance of a tire that has beend stored under suitable conditions for at least 3 years and the perfomance of a newly manufactured tire.
2. After-Sales Service
Bulge, flat tire situation, please contact customer service.
Quality issues handling process
Customers only need to contact customer service to explain the problem, according to the requirements of high-definition picture tirer details. Customer Service will contact brand engineers to ussue a legally valid appraisal report based on the pictures. If necessary, customers will be askes to send back real tires for quality inspection, the final quality inspection results for the corresponding treatment program (back to the factory quality inspection process time is expected to be about 30 working days)
